Join us for the 2026 Oakbrook Preparatory School Head of School Clay Shoot: Aiming for Excellence on Saturday, October 3, at Riverbend Outdoor Resort & Hunting Lodge. Presenting Sponsor

Price: $7,500.00

The Presenting Sponsorship includes a team of four shooters, premier logo placement on all promotional materials, a featured social media post, public recognition during event announcements, and prominent station signage.

Lunch Sponsor

Price: $3,000.00

The Lunch Sponsorship includes a team of four shooters, prominent signage during the BBQ lunch, logo placement on event materials, recognition on Oakbrook’s website and social media, and special recognition during the event.

Shell Sponsor

Price: $2,000.00

The Shell Sponsorship includes prominent sponsor signage at the shell distribution and check-in area, logo placement on event materials, recognition on Oakbrook’s website and social media, and special recognition during the event.

Cart Sponsor

Price: $1,500.00

The Cart Sponsorship includes sponsor signage in the cart staging area, logo placement on event materials, recognition on Oakbrook’s website and social media, and special recognition during the event.

Station Sponsor

Price: $250.00

The Station Sponsorship includes recognition as an event supporter and the opportunity to display promotional flyers or materials at the event welcome booth.

Payment Options

Proceeds from this tournament benefit Oakbrook Preparatory School and support its Christ-centered mission to educate the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. Oakbrook Preparatory School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Sponsorships are partially tax-deductible. In accordance with IRS guidelines, the fair market value of goods and services received for this event is $600 per foursome. The tax-deductible portion of your sponsorship is the amount paid in excess of this value.
