Serving our community, faith in action
Our community outreach programs are central to our mission at Oakbrook. Guided by our faith in Christ, we partner with our community to serve others and reflect God’s love and image in all we do. We believe that by working together, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of those around us. Our students, staff, and families dedicate their time and talents to a variety of initiatives, from local service projects to broader community partnerships. These programs are not just an extension of our school, they are a vital part of who we are, fostering a spirit of compassion, fellowship, and faith-driven action. Through every outreach effort, we strive to build a stronger, more compassionate community, serving as living examples of God’s grace.

Mission Trip to Nicaragua: Our students are living out their faith and putting love into action. Here, they’re serving a community in Nicaragua, sharing meals and the Lord’s message.

Partners in Community Service: We were delighted to host members of the Spartanburg Sheriff’s Office. In appreciation of their tireless service, we’ve extended an open invitation for them to use our campus as a haven for rest and reflection, whether for a quick break or to complete administrative work.

Partnering with Upward Sports: We were thrilled to host a visit with Upward Sports, a wonderful organization that uses youth sports as a platform to spread the Gospel. It’s a joy to support programs that combine athletic excellence with faith, helping to build strong character and a love for Christ in our community’s youth.
