How long have you been at Oakbrook: 4 years

How do you like to spend your free time: Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my 1 year old niece. I enjoy trips to the beach and also watching Atlanta Braves baseball. My hobbies include music, and I play the organ and piano at my local church.

What do you love most about teaching: What I like most about teaching is coming alongside students and helping them as they struggle through difficult math concepts, and the joy that comes for both of us when their hard work pays off and they finally master a concept.

What do you love most about working at Oakbrook: What I like most about Oakbrook is the opportunity to pray in class with and for my students, and the opportunity to discuss my faith with them. My favorite traditions at Oakbrook include the Thanksgiving Feast and going to Windy Gap. Oakbrook allows me to be able to develop supportive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents as we partner together towards a common goal of educating the entire child.
