Lower School Students take short trips that may cost anywhere from
$1 to $20.
Middle School Students occasionally take similar short trips.
They also go on a fall retreat that costs approximately $100. In
the spring middle school students take a trip: 6th graders to Charleston
and 7th & 8th graders to various locations - Williamsburg/Jamestown,
Washington, Florida, Pennsylvania, etc. These trips vary from year
to year - anywhere from $175 to $900.
High School students, in addition to the occasional short trip,
have retreat options similar to the Middle School Students. They
also are offered the opportunity for major trip in the spring that
costs anywhere from $1000 to $3000, depending on the trip. Past trips:
Ireland, Costa Rica, Italy & Greece, and Nicaragua.
Some elective classes may also require a fee. (Art classes, for
example) Also, students will need to purchase, at a minimal fee,
a "uniform" for dance and fitness classes.
Financial
Aid
Financial aid is available to current school families based on financial
need and funds available. Applications must be submitted by April
1st of each year to FAST, Financial Aid for Student Tuition. If you

Knight Shift
(After School Care)
KNIGHT SHIFT
- Knight Shift is a service provided for parents who want quality
care for their children after school. Some students attend Knight
Shift regularly; others come on a drop-in basis. All children in
full-day K5 through grade 8 who are at school 15 minutes after the
dismissal time of the oldest sibling will be escorted to Knight Shift.
We are glad to offer this convenience at our busy campus. Charges
will be invoiced as follows: A weekly fee of $50.00 or a drop-in
fee of $5/hour. Hours are 2:45pm - 6:00pm daily. Students in Knight
Shift should be able to complete their homework, enjoy a snack and
play time daily, do an occasional art project, and attend home basketball
games.
