As the Oakbrook community becomes larger, we continue to nurture a tradition
of generosity and commitment. It is through strong giving that we are
able to provide a standard of excellence that is Oakbrook.
There are several ways to be involved:
Parents’ Club
Every parent is a member of the Parents’ Club by way of annual dues.
The Club hosts events, like the Fall Festival, and conducts fundraisers,
like Sally Foster gift wrap. The Parents’ Club exists to promote school
unity and uses the money raised to give tangible gifts to the school.
In the past gifts have included: much needed copiers, laminator, lockers,
security cameras, and the Oakbrook outdoor message board. Each year,
Parents’ Club officers are appointed by the administration.
Annual Fund
The difference between a good education and a great one, the Oakbrook
Annual Fund helps maintain the Oakbrook standard of excellence. Gifts
to the Fund are tax-deductible and keep tuition affordable for as many
as possible. Tuition covers 85% of the cost of educating each child.
100% participation in the Fund helps ensure that Oakbrook qualifies for
outside support and grants. Each donation, no matter the size, is important.
Capital Campaign
We seek to ensure that our facilities match the kind of quality education
that takes place at Oakbook. The past and future development of the Oakbrook
Campus is financed through gifts to the Capital Campaign and through
bank loans. New families are asked to contribute to the foundation that
has been laid by others who have gone before them.
